Medrocs Pharmacy
McKinney’s Hometown Pharmacy — With a Twist of Joy
Established in 2020 in the heart of McKinney, TX, Medrocs was built on a simple idea: pharmacy doesn’t have to feel like a chore. We’ve lived the chain life, learned the lessons, and decided to do things differently. Here, we blend big-city efficiency with small-town warmth—minus the long lines and robotic vibes.
Medrocs is your neighborhood pharmacy with personality. We believe refills should come with smiles, questions should be met with real answers (not hold music), and every visit should feel like catching up with a friend. Whether you’re picking up a prescription, asking about compounding, or just popping in to say hi, we’re here to make healthcare feel human again.
We’re proud to be McKinney’s go-to spot for good medicine, good vibes, and genuinely good people. Come see what happens when pharmacy gets personal.
Who We Are
The Medrocs Team
Michael Willner, PharmD.
Owner, PIC, Vibe Curator
Michael has been chasing good vibes and better patient care since before she could spell “Zoology”—which, coincidentally, is her first degree from the University of Oklahoma. After earning her Doctor of Pharmacy with a leadership option in 2015, she dove headfirst into retail pharmacy and never looked back. Technician, intern, pharmacist—she’s worn every hat (and probably a few themed scrubs).
Retail pharmacy isn’t just her career—it’s her calling. Michael believes every prescription should come with a dose of kindness, and every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and maybe even a little uplifted. She’s a proud boy mom, dog wrangler (two, to be exact), and bearded dragon enthusiast. Her house is loud, her heart is full, and her leadership style is equal parts sparkle and strategy.
Medrocs is her dream come true: a place where pharmacy feels personal, joyful, and just a little bit magical. She’s the girl boss now—and she’s here to make healthcare feel like home.
Andrew Willner, PharmD.
Owner, Tech Whisperer
Andrew earned his PharmD from Texas Tech School of Pharmacy, but his real education came from years in the trenches of retail pharmacy. He’s a seasoned vet who knows the rhythm of a busy pharmacy, the magic of a well-timed refill, and the power of a good label printer.
These days, Andrew’s wrangling software instead of scripts—guiding healthcare clients through complex tech transitions with the calm of a man who’s survived retail flu season. At Medrocs, he’s our unofficial (but very official) tech guy, troubleshooting systems, translating jargon, and occasionally reminding us to turn it off and back on again.
When he’s not solving problems with code, he’s solving them with a hammer. Andrew loves hunting, building, and making things work—whether it’s a stubborn shelf or a stubborn server. He’s the kind of guy who can fix your Wi-Fi and your fence in the same afternoon. And at Medrocs, that’s exactly the kind of energy we love.
